Daily Life. People
judge you with their eyes before anything else when they meet you, so your body
language is important in making a first impression and being remembered.
· To achieve
professional development, communication skills are the backbone. According to
more research only 7 to 10% of people use proper communication skills. While 60
to 70% of the conversations are through body language age. Whether you are a
salesman, a marketing head, the head of an organization or a politician, unless
you can understand their position with the body language of people, you will
never succeed.
· Body language
is a mirror in which the emotions, feelings, thoughts and moods of the
competitor are clearly visible.
·
In body language
sitting, head tilt, voice pitch, zero-breath, smile style, hand movements,
angle slots, forehead slots, foot movements and gestures are the main factors.
·
During the
conversation, when the competitor is in the eye with your eye listening, his
head is leaning forward, he is shaking his head repeatedly, his feet are
towards you and he is smiling. Understand that he is interested in what you
say.
·
During the
conversation, when the person in the front puts his hands upright on the table,
his palms open, the proper distance between his two legs, the jacket bent open,
and he puts his hands on his chest, so you understand that person. Agree with your ideas.
· During
negotiations and business meetings between different countries, when a person
repeatedly shakes the chin, removes the sunglasses, close his eyes and touch
the nose or keep the head down and the hand is tied on the back, then these
symptoms may indicate its thinking. Such a person is usually wrong in thinking about
possible solutions to the problems they face.
· During business
meetings and tours, you may have seen some people who walk fast, hold hands on
their hips and relax while looking for ideas. Such people are extremely supportive of achieving purposeful goals.
· The person who
puts his hands in his pockets, folds his hands on his chest, or tries to hide
his hands during the conversation is surely hiding something important or facts
that compel him to act in a defensive manner.
During Interview. Body Language
is also important for job interviews where proper dress selection, restriction
time and proper preparation of the interview are important. Friendly or you are
shy, you can work alone or showcase the best skills in teamwork and you are a
leader or follower.
· Your abilities
are evaluated to see if you can be the right choice for the relevant job. During
the job interview, do not show restraint or anxiety while waiting in the
relevant room. Sometimes the interviewer or the panel is watching you on CCTV.
· When the
interviewer enters your room, never raise your hand for greeting. If they raise their hand for
greeting then join hands.
·
Keep your nature
calm and keep an eye on the interviewer's eyes. Sit upright on the chair during the interview
and place your back with the chair. Do not rotate the chair again but make the
angle of your chair so that the interviewer is in front of you.
·
Don't sit in the
corner of the chair otherwise the interviewer will think you are upset or
bored.
·
Listen to the question carefully during
the interview and answer as much as you ask. Suppose you are asked why you
would like to join our company, so the answer may be that to move forward and
develop. But some candidates immediately start telling stories that everyone in
the world have the right to make progress and so on. The Holy One! You only answer the related
question. You did not take charge of the whole world.
· Do not place
your fingers on the table during the interview, do not repeatedly lift one foot
and keep the other foot, do not chew the nails, do not play with the pan and
freeze.
