A Customer Given Tip of 9400 Dollars to the Restaurant: Helping Staff Due to COVID 19


An anonymous customer has given a $ 9400 tip to a Houston restaurant. The tip was given to help staff due to shutdown of Hotels / restaurants.


An anonymous customer left a tip for $ 9400 at the Irma Southwest Restaurant in downtown Houston.  The anonymous customer wrote on the receipt of the bill to keep this tip for their employees for coming weeks.
The restaurant says they will continue to work as a take-off, but if condition is  not over, some employees may be sent home. The restaurant says the tip will be evenly distributed among all employees; the restaurant will receive $ 300 a share. The restaurant praised the anonymous customer's move.
